Chi-Hsin Shao

Chi-Hsin is an internationally recognized transportation planner and engineer with more than 40 years of experience across the United States and throughout Asia. His work has included China, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Malaysia. He served as Deputy Commissioner of Policy and Planning for the Boston Transportation Department, headed the San Francisco Planning Department’s Transportation Section, and served as Chairman of the International Chinese Transportation Professionals Association (ICTPA).
